When you are on our site, we do not collect data about who you are or any other PII except as described above. We may, however, collect certain non-PII about you based upon your activity on our site. For example, we may track basic website usage information as to number of visits, pages viewed, and access times and dates. We may also collect and analyze data about the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you just came from, which URL you next go to and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

New Kent Capital’s website only uses cookies when you interact with the Company via our website, not simply for browsing. For example, cookies may be used when you submit an email or a business plan, comment on our blog and when you subscribe to one of our feeds.

How does New Kent Capital use the information we collect?

If you sign up for one of our mailing lists or RSS feeds, we use your email address to send you email to communicate with you about your sign-up or subscription and the services we provide.

Except as described below we do not sell, rent, loan, or otherwise share your information, including your PII, with or to third parties.

The management of our website and mailing lists/RSS feeds may require us to use third party service providers to fulfill these functions and in these circumstances we may share some of your data. For example, while we develop the mailer/RSS feed content we may use a third party to publish this content to you using your email/mailing address.

Additionally, our own business advisors (e.g., accountants and lawyers) and outside regulators may require access to your data (PII and non-PII) to perform their normal duties while supervising or verifying our activities and business practices. We may also be required by law, court order, governmental agency, or law enforcement authority to disclose your PII.

We do not combine PII with any of the non-PII gathered on the public website.
